Cryptographically enforced disclosure
A speculative proposal: cryptographically enforced vulnerability disclosure using a drand-triggered dead-man switch to make CVD fallback dates unbreakable.
Been playing around with the idea of cryptographically enforced disclosure. You disclose something — there's a CVD timeline and a fallback date. At the fallback, it all goes on the blockchain, with a drand-triggered encryption key as the dead-man switch. No one can say "we're just going to kick the can down the road for 10 years" the way they can right now.
This is going to be a deeply unpopular idea.
